Who we are
An information office, not a service provider
Kreditdienstleistungsinstitut (KrDI) is based at Gabelsbergerstraße 1a, 59069 Hamm, Deutschland. We were established to give borrowers, creditors and the general public a neutral place to understand the mechanics of loan servicing and credit recovery, without sales pressure or paid consultations.
We do not manage individual accounts, negotiate settlements, or collect payments of any kind. Every article, page and answer we provide is intended as general background information, not personalised advice for a specific case.
